Welcome to AVP, where you will find a wealth of information for planning your visit to ACADIA - one of the most beautiful areas in the lower 48.

Based on 20 years of vacationing in Maine, I have compiled a series of interactive maps that include : pictures, descriptions, directions and contact information to many of the best restaurants , shops, activities ( hiking , biking, kayaking , boating, fishing), trails and points of interest in all of Downeast Maine.

The unique approach provides both a relational perspective of where the points of interest are located as well as precise and easy to use directions - either from the map displays or GPS technology, that you can rent right here.
